A Cost-Effective Technology
When combined energy and maintenance savings are taken into account, a Fresh-Aire UV system can pay for itself in as little as three to six months.
As the coil surface is reduced or blocked by other materials in the HVAC system, and as mold grows on these components, the free area of coil surface is further reduced, decreasing the efficiency of the air handler. UV-C lights rejuvenate coils and allow greater heat transfer, resulting in an impressive 30% increase in cooling capacity.

Simplified Maintenance
Properly installed UV-C lights can significantly reduce biological contamination on irradiated surfaces within the ventilation systems.
