Corporate History
Triatomic Environmental was originally formed in 1988 as an engineering company that manufactured ozone generators and other indoor air quality products. In 2001, the company expanded its focus to a manufacturer of advanced indoor environmental purification technologies and developed a series of new product releases with the completion of Fresh-Aire UV, a germicidal UV air handler treatment system.
With the focus on new products in a vastly changing market, January 2003 brought the release of a patent pending duct mounted Pulsed-UV Air Treatment System for single pass treatment of airborne micro-organisms used in commercial applications. In 2004, Triatomic Environmental released the patent pending, Fresh-Aire UV Filter, which combines a 1” reactive filter media with UV light that traps filterable indoor organic contaminates where they breed and stops growth before it circulates in your home. In 2005 and 2006, Triatomic Environmental released a series of Blue Tube UV products that offer a quick and simple low voltage solution for the HVAC contractor to install UVC lights in various applications, thereby leading the marketing with its innovative design.
